Lance Aldrich

Lance Aldrich is an experienced Design Engineer currently employed at Automation & Modular Components since January 2020. With a solid background in mechanical design and applications engineering, Lance has held various positions including Mechanical Design Engineer at SHURE STAR LLC and DE-STA-CO, as well as roles as a CAD Design Engineer at Duperon Corporation and Brasco International, Inc. In addition to practical experience in designing structures such as passenger waiting shelters and air-cooled chiller systems, Lance has also contributed to education as an AutoCAD Instructor at ITT Technical Institute, where recognition was received as Teacher of the Semester. Lance holds a B.S. in Industrial Design Engineering from Western Michigan University and an A.S. in Computer Aided Drafting & Design Technology from Kellogg Community College.
