With a background in R&D at Systel International SpA, Fabio has a degree in Perito Ind. Industrial Electronics from I.T.I.S. "C. Zuccante" and received education from Università degli Studi di Padova.

Automationware srl is an Italian company based in the province of Venice. It develops and produces mechatronic components and evolutions for high ends robotics solutions . The company was founded in 2002 and has developed mainly in the regional market of North East Italy. Over the past 2 years AW has established a network of national and international partners to increase its presence in the global market by exporting to various European countries but also to Asia and North America. Over the past 3 years AW has steadily grown. AW has accelerated a series of new opportunities for electric actuators and components for robotics by increasing the migration from pneumatic technologies widely used in the Italian food and pharmaceutical industry, towards mechatronics and robotics, non-contaminating and essential for aseptic and more productive. Automationware has therefore defined a series of priorities in the medium to long term, incorporating them into an overall strategy for the evolution of its electric actuators, also evolving robotic actuators for the production of new generation collaborative robots.
