Samantha Hare Fernández

Samantha Hare Fernández is an experienced professional in customer experience and audiovisual production. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Project Manager at Automattic since March 2017, Samantha has also held roles such as Customer Support Team Lead and Happiness Engineer within the company. Prior to this, Samantha founded and produced for Creative Block from January 2015 to March 2017 and worked as a Production Assistant on various projects, including a series for Eccholine and episodes for Part2 Pictures and Proper Television. Additionally, Samantha has experience in customer support at Belcorp and served as a Research Assistant at the Universidad de Lima. Samantha holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Communications from the Universidad de Lima, obtained in 2015.
