Craig L. has extensive experience in the automotive industry, particularly in the field of recruiting and training. Craig started their career in 1996 as the CEO of their own company before joining Automax Recruiting And Training in 1997. At Automax, they held multiple roles as CEO, focusing on recruiting, screening, interviewing, training, and retaining automotive salespeople. Craig also led recruiting and training campaigns, recruited over 120,000 salespeople, and developed top-notch car sales professionals. In 2010, Craig L. founded AutoMaxHire, where they helped dealerships in properly staffing each department. In 2013, they launched AutoMax Talent Network, a career site that actively engaged and built a pipeline of relevant talent in the automotive industry. In recent years, Craig L. expanded their presence through their podcast called The Recruiter Podcast and continued to contribute to Automax Recruiting And Training.
