Jere Conover is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruiting and training within the automotive industry. As the owner of Conover Auto Sales Training since June 2000, Jere has focused on recruiting and training salespeople for automotive dealers across the USA. Concurrently, Jere serves as a National Sales Trainer for Automax Recruiting and Training, working with major brands and dealerships in both the automotive and RV sectors. Previous roles include General Sales Manager at Patchogue Ford/Kia, where Jere developed effective selling systems, and Sales Manager at Tri-gas & Oil Co, overseeing wholesale fuel distribution and training sales staff.
