Brady Pulsipher has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Brady began their career as a Collections Agent at Pinnacle Security from June 2010 to May 2012. Brady then worked as an Inside Sales Representative at My Fast PC from August 2012 to July 2014. Brady joined Box Support in October 2014 as a Retention Agent, where they gained experience in department building and developed policies and procedures. Brady was also part of a 10+ person team. In 2017, Brady became an Account Manager at Brio Energy, responsible for ensuring sales teams' compliance and acting as a direct contact for customers. In 2018, they joined Automile as a Customer Success Manager, focusing on important clients and achieving metrics and customer satisfaction. Brady later assumed the role of Director of Customer Relations in March 2020, overseeing various customer-facing operations.

Brady Pulsipher attended American Fork High School from 2006 to 2010 where they earned their High School Diploma. Later, from 2015 to 2019, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University.
