Yolanda Graf has a diverse work experience spanning over two companies. Yolanda worked at Horizon Services, LLC. from 2012 to the present. Yolanda initially held the position of Customer Relations Dept. Manager, where they oversaw processes to minimize customer complaints and concerns. Yolanda then transitioned to the role of Inside Sales Manager, leading a team to ensure department procedures were followed and sales appointments were scheduled efficiently. Later, they became the Concierge Team Dept. Manager, where they managed a team responsible for scheduling service and sales calls. Currently, Yolanda serves as the Director of Inside Sales & Customer Relations, leading a team of managers for various corporate departments and achieving goals through continuous improvement.

Prior to their tenure at Horizon Services, Yolanda worked at Hospice of Utah from 2002 to 2005 as an Operations Manager. In this role, they facilitated high-quality palliative and hospice care, managed personnel, and coordinated equipment delivery to patients' homes.

Yolanda Graf pursued their education by attending Delaware Technical Community College from 2012 to 2014. Yolanda successfully obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Health Information Management during this time. Currently, they are enrolled at the University of Maryland Global Campus and is expected to complete their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
