Claus Siim Johnsted

Claus Siim Johnsted possesses extensive experience in IT management and customer service, currently holding multiple senior management roles at Automize since January 2023, including Senior Manager for both the Academy and IT Servicedesk. Prior to Automize, Claus served as IT Servicedesk Manager at Norlys from June 2020 to January 2023, and held the position of Manager Customer Service at Renosyd from December 2016 to June 2020, overseeing customer relations and service team management. Earlier roles included Project Manager at Wallmob A/S and IT Project Manager at Intern1 ApS, where Claus managed web solutions and stakeholder relationships.
