Ana Catarina Henriques has extensive experience in operational assistance and travel coordination, currently serving as a Planeadora at Automóvel Club de Portugal since November 2016, focusing on travel assistance coordination. Prior to this, Ana worked at Europ Assistance Portugal from April 2007 to August 2016, managing fleet services and providing driver support for various clients. Additional roles include operational assistance at Europ Assistance, and positions in telecommunications and sales at Noklab, Lda, Master Solution, Promosourcing, FIL - Feira Internacional de Lisboa, and Zara Kids. Ana holds a degree in Social Work from Instituto Superior de Serviço Social de Lisboa, complemented by secondary education in Economic and Social Studies.
