Carla Amaral has extensive experience in the customer service and operations fields, currently serving at Automóvel Club de Portugal since February 2016. Prior to this role, Carla worked as a Contact Center Manager for Multilingual Operations at Teleperformance Portugal from March 2014 to January 2016. Carla's career began at 3C - Customer Contact Center, where the position of Directora Operações was held from January 1997 until February 2014. Carla has pursued education at CEGOC and attended Faculdade de Direito de Lisboa, although the degree was not completed, alongside studies at Escola Secundária Fernão Mendes Pinto.
