Ivo Ferreira Henriques is a seasoned professional in data and performance marketing with extensive experience in digital campaigns, analytics, customer journeys, and relationship management. Currently serving at the Automóvel Club de Portugal since July 2016, Ivo focuses on optimizing marketing strategies through data analysis, digital campaign management, and machine learning. Previous roles include keynote speaker and trainer at the FIA, digital marketing consultant at betarena, and marketing specialist at Apostaganha. Ivo’s educational background includes a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing from IPAM and a degree in Communication Sciences from the University of Lisbon, complemented by various certifications in digital marketing strategies and public relations.
