Abdelhamid Cheikh

Abdelhamid Cheikh is an experienced Mechatronics Engineer currently serving as SPOC Open Innovation at Capgemini Engineering since November 2020, where responsibilities include monitoring the development life-cycle of electrical and electronic automotive parts and managing quality issues with clients. Abdelhamid is also an active member of the Automotive Security Research Group (ASRG) since March 2023, focusing on addressing common automotive threats and developing innovative security solutions for future vehicle generations. Prior experience includes a consultant role at Capgemini Engineering, where a graduation project involved the renovation of an automotive test bench system, and an internship at the Office National de l'Electricité et de l'Eau Potable, focusing on reliability solutions. Abdelhamid holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ecole Nationale des Sciences Appliquées d'Oujda.
