Paola Sutil

Paola Sutil is an experienced professional in the automotive training and consulting sector, currently serving as Country Manager for Automotive Training and Consulting Intl since December 2015. With a strong background in market research and sales training from a previous role as Facilitador y Consultor Master Internacional at DOOR Training & Consulting, Paola has successfully led training initiatives for a nationwide sales force. Prior experience includes roles such as IT Coordinator of Projects at ChevyPlan for General Motors, where Paola managed cross-country project implementations, and Compensation & Benefit Coordinator at General Motors, focusing on personnel strategies. Additionally, Paola held positions in customer service and sales training coordination within the same organization, contributing to service improvements and the development of training programs. Paola holds degrees in IT and Marketing from Universidad Tecnológica del Centro and Universidad de Carabobo, respectively.
