Tomas Blanco

Tomas Blanco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fintech and business development sectors. Currently serving as the Mexico Country Manager for FitBank since May 2024, Tomas initiated the company's expansion efforts in Mexico, successfully launching and scaling local operations. As the Founder and Managing Partner of LatAm Launch Consulting since September 2023, Tomas applies strategic insights to support regional startups. Previously, as Mexico Country Manager at a55 from December 2021 to August 2023, Tomas led the growth of the company's fintech lending operations. Other roles include Business Development Director at Ole Communications and Head of Sales Strategy & Product at minu, where Tomas built foundational sales operations during launch phases. Early career experience includes a decade at J.P. Morgan and an internship at Credit Suisse. Tomas holds an MBA from IESE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Princeton University.
