Before that, from May 2019 to April 2021, Rick was the Corporate Fixed Operations Director at JDS Companies, overseeing the Fixed Operations teams at the North East Ohio Infiniti Stores. Rick's earlier experience includes serving as Service Manager at Mercedes-Benz of Bedford and Collection Auto Group, as well as Infiniti Of Bedford. Rick holds a Bachelor's degree in Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician from Centennial College, earned between 1982 and 1984.
