Karina Morley is a highly experienced engineer and executive with a strong background in electric drive modules, battery management systems, and propulsion systems. Currently serving as the Global Chief Engineer for Electric Drive Modules and Global Battery Management Systems at Stellantis, Karina leads a global organization focused on high voltage battery electrical architecture. With a career spanning over three decades, previous roles include Chief Engineer for Battery Electric Vehicle Propulsion Systems at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Global Vice President of Control & Electronics at Ricardo, and leadership positions at Visteon Corporation and Ford Motor Company. Karina holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn, an MBA in International Business from Wayne State University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. Additionally, Karina contributes to the automotive industry as an Executive Board Member of the Automotive Women's Alliance.
