Allan Younes began their work experience in 2014 as a Sales Associate at Gap Inc./Banana Republic. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Consultant at Queen's University, leading a team of international students to conduct a strategic business analysis for Trylon TSF Inc. Allan then joined JTI (Japan Tobacco International) in 2017 as a Sales Associate and later as an Account Manager and Commercial Planning. Currently, they are working at automotiveMastermind Inc. as a Business Development Manager, where they utilize Big Data Behavioral Analytics to help dealerships and manufacturers find, engage, and win customers.

From 2010 to 2015, Allan attended Western University, where they earned an Honors Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology and Medical Sciences.
In 2015, they enrolled in Queen's University and successfully completed a Master's degree in International Business, which they obtained in 2016.
During their time at Queen's University, Allan also pursued an international exchange program at ESSEC Business School in 2016. Allan received a Master's degree in Management, specializing in International Exchange.
In addition to their formal education, Allan obtained certifications outside of their degree programs. In May 2019, they completed the "Foundations of Data Science" certification from the University of California, Berkeley. Furthermore, in September 2016, they earned a Certificate in Social Impact from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
