David Effren

David Effren has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries, including automotive and consulting. David began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Management Consultant, where they developed business cases and supported financial management functions for large consulting engagements. David transitioned to Accenture as a Management Consultant, focusing on integrating IVR/Call Center Operations with Siebel Sales and Marketing applications for Fortune 500 clients.

Effren then joined the Hendrick Automotive Group, starting as a Sales & Leasing Consultant and quickly becoming a top-ranked producer. David also served as a Business Development Manager, leading a successful virtual sales department and managing the largest Business Development Center in the company. David later took on the role of Financial Services Manager, increasing dealership profitability through the sale of insurance products and developing strong relationships with lending sources.

Their most recent work experience is with automotiveMastermind Inc., where Effren has held various senior leadership roles. As Director of Partner Engagement, they were responsible for driving strategic partnerships. David then became the Director of Partner Success, building a support structure in London, ON to assist the Dealer Relations Team in the United States. Effren was promoted to Senior Director and currently serves as the Senior Director of Commercial Operations.

David Effren's education history includes a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, which they obtained from 1994 to 1998. Their field of study during this time was Information Systems/Operations Management & Finance. In 1997, David participated in a Management Foreign Exchange Program at The University of Hull, where they studied Business Administration and Management for a year. Prior to their university education, they attended Stamford High School from 1990 to 1994. There, they completed a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program.

In addition to their formal education, David Effren has obtained several certifications. In 2014, they earned the Senior Professional in Financial Services (SPFS) certification from the Association of Finance & Insurance Professionals. David also obtained the FILES Certification from JM Family Enterprises, Inc. in the same year. More recently, in 2022, David completed two certifications from automotiveMastermind Inc.: "Welcome to Mastermind" and "Mastermind Dashboard Fundamentals."
