Guy Lever has extensive work experience in various customer success and leadership roles. Guy started their professional career in 2002 at XcelleNet, where they served as a Group Staff Manager and implemented marketing strategies to increase product sales and revenue. From 2004 to 2006, they worked at CipherTrust as a Director of Marketing, responsible for developing marketing strategies and revitalizing reseller initiatives.

In 2006, they joined Infor Global Solutions as the VP of Global Maintenance Renewals, where they consolidated renewal resources and built a team of over 140 employees. At Verint, they served as the VP of Customer Engagement, overseeing a global customer engagement team and driving operational efficiencies.

In 2017, Guy Lever became the Chief Customer Officer at QASymphony, establishing and expanding customer success functions, including support, services, education, customer success management, and engineering. Guy grew the team from 5 to 38 individuals, supporting corporate growth and expansion into new markets. Guy continued this work at Tricentis after its acquisition of QASymphony, implementing customer success processes and metrics on a global scale.

At Assurance Software and Castellan Solutions, Guy Lever held the position of SVP of Global Customer Success, focusing on enhancing customer success and retention strategies. Most recently, they joined Automox as the SVP of Customer Experience, where they built and expanded the customer success organization to support the company's rapid growth and expansion into new markets.

In 2022, Guy Lever joined Lakeside Software as the SVP of Customer Success. Overall, they have a strong track record of building and leading customer success functions, expanding teams, and implementing processes and metrics to drive customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Guy Lever earned their Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Vanderbilt University from 1982 to 1986. Guy then pursued further education at Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management, where they obtained an MBA with a specialization in Marketing from 1986 to 1988.
