Andrea Cabrera

Andrea Cabrera, PHR, currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at NVISION Eye Centers since May 2019, having previously held roles as Human Resources Generalist and HR Coordinator. Prior to this, Andrea worked at Target from October 2014 to May 2019 in various capacities, including Hiring Manager, where responsibilities encompassed talent recruitment, employee development, and managing HR operations for over 100 employees. Andrea's earlier experiences include internships focused on resume building and job preparation at Irvine Youth Employment Services and CareerWise, as well as customer service roles at Elements Therapeutic Massage and OfficeMax. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton, and an Associate of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Saddleback College.
