Frank Milatta

Frank Milatta possesses extensive experience in real estate and procurement, currently serving as Senior Category Manager – Procurement for Construction and Facilities at AutoNation. Since June 2022, Milatta has supported Corporate Real Estate Services in developing procurement strategies across various categories. Prior to this role, Milatta was a Real Estate Advisor for eXp Realty, focusing on Southeast Florida, and co-founded Trovare Contracting LLC, managing real estate investment and construction projects. Previous positions include Director of Global Real Estate Property Management at American International Group, where Milatta oversaw a vast portfolio, and various managerial roles at Jones Lang LaSalle, Cushman & Wakefield, and CBRE, managing millions of square feet of commercial properties. Milatta holds an MS in Real Estate Development & Investment from New York University and a BS in Marketing & Economics from Syracuse University.
