Lynne Gaglini

Lynne Gaglini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, education, and marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at AutoNation since September 2023, Lynne previously held the role of Technical Project Manager at Spot Insurance, where expertise in Scrum and agile project management was utilized to lead cross-functional teams. Lynne’s background includes positions as a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator at Montessori N' Such, Technical Project Manager and Frontend Developer at Upwork, and Professional Potter and Ceramic Educator at Flat Iron Pottery. Additionally, Lynne has a solid foundation in education, having worked as a Lead Montessori Teacher at multiple institutions and as a Curriculum Developer at Magikid Robotics.
