Vincent Gianni

Vincent Gianni serves as the Senior Director of IT Operations at AutoNation, leading a cross-functional team of 125 associates and managing infrastructure for 27,000 users across over 400 locations, with a strong emphasis on strategic planning and technology alignment. Prior to this role, Vincent was the Specialty Director of DevOps Support and Infrastructure Operations at KPMG US, where responsibilities included managing DevOps processes and implementing ITIL and ITSM practices. Vincent also held the position of Senior Director of Cloud Services & Infrastructure Operations at BAE Systems, focusing on service management and process improvements while overseeing a $45M budget. Earlier experiences include serving as Vice President of Global Operations at AIG, managing a $100M IT operation, and as Director of Global Operations at Instinet, where operational excellence was a key focus.
