Eelco Spoelder

Eelco Spoelder is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Autoneum since March 2023, Eelco previously held significant positions at Faurecia as a Member of the Executive Committee and EVP, President of Faurecia Seating from October 2016 to February 2023. Other notable roles include Executive Vice President & Head of Business Unit I&D and Vice President of Instrumentation & Driver HMI Segment 2 Europe at Continental from January 2008 to September 2016, as well as Vice President for Multimedia & Connectivity North America at Continental Automotive Systems from 2004 to 2007. Eelco's earlier career includes positions at SiemensVDO as Vice President of Purchasing and at Philips Car Systems as Senior Manager of Advanced Purchasing. Eelco holds an Executive MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and an MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences from Eindhoven University of Technology.
