Romain Reperant is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in product development and management within the automotive and filtration industries. Currently serving as Responsable Ingénierie Produits/Interior at Autoneum since September 2018, Romain manages a team of six product/process leaders across multiple countries, focusing on the development of acoustic carpets for vehicle interiors. Prior experience at Sogefi Group includes roles as Product Engineering Manager and VAVE Manager, where Romain established a European R&D pole to enhance product quality and profitability. Romain's career began at Altran as a consultant, and academic qualifications were earned from Université de Technologie de Compiègne with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
