Ashley Ferguson

Ashley Pelzek Ferguson is an accomplished professional currently serving as Chief Growth Officer at Autonodyne LLC since September 2025. Prior to this role, Ashley held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Guardian for a brief period in early 2025. Ashley's extensive experience in business operations includes serving as Vice President at Merlin from August 2020 to January 2025 and as an Associate at McKinsey & Company between July 2019 and August 2020. Ashley holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and has also completed an MBA Consumer Internship at Amazon in the summer of 2018. Before pursuing a career in business, Ashley served in the US Navy as a F/A-18F Weapons Systems Officer from 2006 to 2017, achieving the distinction of a TOPGUN-Graduate fighter aviator. Ashley earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science-International Affairs from the United States Naval Academy.
