Shrutika Ruhela started their career in 2012 as a Ski Instructor at Ski Ward Ski Area. From 2014 to 2016, they co-founded MassCAN CS Sparks, a Computer Science Education Outreach Program at Education Development Center (EDC). In 2016, they worked as a Software Engineer Intern at Morpho Detection, LLC. In 2017, they served as a Technology Intern at Credo Education. In 2018, they were an Engineering Intern at Autonodyne LLC. In 2019, they became a Program Manager Intern at Uber ATG. Since 2020, they have been working at Autonodyne LLC, initially as a Software Engineer and later as a Software Engineer & Manager, where they focus on full stack development, task structuring, team management, and motivation.
