Caleb Welton

Caleb Welton has an extensive work experience spanning over several years in the technology industry. Caleb is currently the Co-founder and Chief Architect at Definitive, a role they took on in December 2021. Prior to this, they co-founded Autonomic in 2016 and held multiple roles, including Co-founder and SVP of Engineering and Co-founder and SVP of Technology, where they contributed significantly to the company's growth and success. Caleb also worked at Pivotal Software, Inc. as the Director of SQL on Hadoop from December 2014 to August 2016. Before joining Pivotal Software, they held the position of Manager, Database Analytics at EMC from April 2012 to April 2013. Prior to that, Caleb worked as a Senior Consultant Software Developer and Consultant Software Developer, Data Computing Division, at EMC from June 2011 to April 2012 and August 2010 to September 2011, respectively. Caleb started their career as a Consultant Software Engineer at Greenplum in January 2008 and stayed with the company until August 2010. Caleb's work experience also includes a significant period at Oracle, where they served as a Principal Software Developer from June 1998 to December 2007.

Caleb Welton obtained their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Brown University. Caleb attended the university from 1995 to 1998.
