Tao Jin has worked in various roles in the field of connected vehicles and services. Tao started as a CAD/CAE support leader engineer at PSA from April 2010 to April 2015. After that, they worked as a Connected Service Project Manager at PSA, where they defined innovative business models and partnerships in the field of connected services, aligning with the China digital ecosystem, from April 2015 to September 2016. Tao then joined FOTON as a Connected Vehicle and Services Business Development Analyst from September 2016 to June 2018. During this time, they were responsible for developing and implementing business requirements for connected vehicle features. Tao also worked as a Premium Mobility Program Manager at Porsche (China) Motors Ltd from June 2018 to September 2018, where they focused on the premium smart parking project and business model definition. Currently, they are working as a Customer Success Manager at Autonomic, starting from September 2018. In this role, their main responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients within Ford CN and providing guidance on the company's SaaS product integration solution, adoption, feature usage, and best practices. Tao has also been involved in developing and implementing connected vehicle feature programs and negotiating delivery plans with product teams.

Tao JIN obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Mathematics from the Université de Bretagne-Sud between 2008 and 2009.
