Dave Thomas

Dave Thomas is an operations manager with a strong emphasis on continual process improvement. They held the position of IMPAQ Director at Fresenius Medical Care - Spectra Laboratories, where they defined and led a process improvement program focused on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies from 2010 to 2014. As the President and Owner of Cedar Home Solutions from 2014 to 2020, Dave focused on revitalizing neighborhoods and improving living conditions. Currently, as the Quality Manager at Autonomous Solutions, Inc., they drive product quality to support the company's growth. Dave holds a Master's and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
