Joel Atwater

Joel Atwater is a seasoned software testing professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and software development. Currently serving as the Software Testing Technical Lead at Autonomous Solutions, Inc. since May 2022, Joel previously held the position of Lead QA Developer at StayWell (now Krames) from September 2011 to June 2022, where responsibilities included managing QA resources and reviewing test cases to meet quality standards. Prior roles include Test Manager at Merrill Lynch, Senior QA Analyst at RR Donnelley, and Lead QA Analyst at Flying J, where Joel oversaw various aspects of the software development life cycle. Additionally, Joel's background includes experience in technical support as both a District Support Technician and Helpdesk Technician. Joel is an alumnus of Weber State University, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with a focus on Systems Integration, and was previously a member of the Adidas Track & Field Team training for the 2004 Olympics.
