Lloyd Walker

Lloyd Walker is a board member at Autonomy Institute, and has previously held positions at Newell Brands, ArtCenter College of Design, Sapient, Human Code, and Precurve. Lloyd began their career in 1984 as a senior designer at Design West. Lloyd then moved to Honda Research and Development in 1986, where they worked as a senior designer until 1989. Lloyd then left Honda to join NASA / Frassanito & Associates as VP of Design. Lloyd remained there until 1993, when they left to become president of Human Code. Lloyd stayed with Human Code until 2001, when they joined Sapient as VP of Advanced Research & Development. Lloyd left Sapient in 2001 and joined ArtCenter College of Design. In 2017, they left ArtCenter to join Newell Brands as VP of Advanced Design & Ideation.

Lloyd Walker has a Bachelor of Science degree in Transportation Design from ArtCenter College of Design and a Masters in Studies of the Future from University of Houston-Clear Lake. Additionally, they have a background in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Kansas.
