Marke F. Hoot Gibson

Mark F. Hoot Gibson is a Board Member at Autonomy Institute. Prior to this, they were the CEO and President of NUAIR from November 2017 to March 2019. Marke has also held the position of Aerospace and Defense Expert at UAS Advisors from March 2019 to March 2019. From September 2015 to November 2017, Gibson was the Senior Advisor UAS Integration at FAA. In this role, they provided executive direction and high level leadership to the FAA with responsibility for oversight of the work related to UAS, developing and delivering business and strategic plans for enterprise-level UAS initiatives, analyzing integration progress, engaging in scientific and research activities, and maintaining liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Prior to their work at the FAA, Gibson was the Executive Director at NextGen Institute from January 2014 to September 2015.

Mark F. Hoot Gibson attended the United States Air Force Academy, where they earned their BS in Economics/Management. Marke then attended the National War College, where they earned their MS in National Security Affairs. Finally, they attended the University of Northern Colorado, where they earned their MS in Business Administration.
