Patricia Baumhart

Patricia B. currently serves as a Member of the Board of Advisors for the Autonomy Institute, contributing to the advancement of Intelligent and Autonomous Infrastructure through collaboration among government, industry, academia, and the public. Additionally, Patricia holds the position of Board Member and Treasurer for SAE Austin, focusing on the development of standards and expertise in the self-propelled vehicle sector. From 2019 to 2023, Patricia was the Director of Finance for Localized Water Solutions, a technology transfer startup affiliated with Rice University, and briefly served as VP of Sales, Consulting, and Business Development for Threatcare, a cybersecurity startup, in 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as Market Development Consultant at D-Wave Systems, the pioneering quantum computing company, and as Market Development Manager at SGI from 1995 to 1998.
