Autopistas del Sol SA is an Argentina-based construction services company principally engaged in the construction, repair, maintenance, management and exploitation of around 120 kilometers road concession, which comprises the Northern Access to the city of Buenos Aires and the General Paz Avenue, as well as the roads connecting to the cities of Pilar, Campana and Tigre. The Company is also involved in various projects associated with its main activity, such as toll collection, traffic control and maintenance of the installed illumination. As of December 31, 2012, Abertis Infraestructuras SA was the Company's major shareholder.
