Karen Dito

Karen Dito has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Karen currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at AutoRABIT, starting in September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Business Partner at the same company from May 2022 to September 2022. Additionally, Karen is a Board Member at Sunflower Hill, a nonprofit organization, since May 2021.

Before joining AutoRABIT, Karen worked at Crossroads Trading as a Human Resources Generalist from June 2021 to May 2022. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at AutoRABIT, where they held roles such as HR Generalist - HR Manager from August 2018 to April 2021, and HR/Marketing Assistant in June 2018. Their earlier experience includes working as a Teacher/Special Needs Coordinator at the Diocese of Oakland from August 2006 to June 2018.

Karen Dito holds a Master's degree in Art Education from San Francisco State University. Karen also attained a Bachelor's degree in Dance from the same institution. In addition, they completed an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Skyline College. Apart from their academic qualifications, they have obtained certifications as an OKR Certified Coach from Expert in the Outcome Mindset Method in April 2021 and in Delivering Employee Feedback from LinkedIn in June 2020.
