Elena Putilina, PhD has over 20 years of experience in marketing and strategy. From 1998 to 2009, they worked at Mondelēz International, where they first served as a Brand Manager and then as a Brand Director for the OREO brand. During this time, they drove a portfolio of over $500M to category star performance, and led the Uh-Oh! OREO team to deliver the biggest launch in OREO's history. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Brand Learning (now part of Accenture) as a Consultant and Vice President of Marketing Capability. During this time, they developed content and led execution for 3 programs to up-skill a Global Pharmaceutical company in insight-based strategy, customer focus and omni-channel excellence, and pitched and developed 2 digital marketing up-skill programs for a B2B Services client. From 2013 to 2015, they worked at Sanofi as the Omni Channel Marketing Lead for Cardiovascular and then as the Senior Director of Strategy for Diabetes. During this time, they led an internal team and agency partners in omni-channel marketing strategy and execution, and worked with the Diabetes BU to update their portfolio strategy. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Veeva Systems as the Head of Crossix Analytics 1st Party Partner team, Senior Director of DIFA Marketing Analytics, and Director of Crossix Insights Practice. During this time, they led a cross-functional cookieless transition initiative, oversaw the creation of health data audience segments, and hired, developed, and managed a 20-member team. Finally, from 2017 to the present, they have worked at AutoRemind as the Vice President of Marketing and an Advisor. During this time, they have developed and implemented a marketing plan that focuses on lead generation, SEO, website, content, and communication, and helped the company with strategy, omni-channel marketing, and funnel optimization initiatives to scale and deliver consistent double-digit growth.

Elena Putilina, PhD, holds a PhD from Indiana University Bloomington, a Master's from Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU), and an Exec Programs in Finance from The Wharton School. Elena also had a visiting undergraduate student experience at Harvard University.
