Vicente Pardo de Gregorio

Vicente Pardo de Gregorio is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in maritime works, urban planning, and infrastructure management. Currently working at Autoridad Portuaria de Valencia since February 2022 in the Departamento de Infraestructuras, Vicente previously held positions at ESTEYCO as an Ingeniero de Puertos, where responsibilities included engineering project development and support for offshore wind energy. Other roles include support for the safety management of dams at iPresas, technical support in maritime works at SATO (OHL Group), and various research positions at the Ports and Coasts Laboratory of the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Vicente holds a Civil Engineering degree, an MSc in Transportation, Territorial Planning and Urban Planning, an MBA in Project Management, and a PhD in Civil Engineering and Urban Planning, all from reputable institutions.
