Aleid Doodeheefver

Aleid Doodeheefver has extensive experience in the financial and legal sectors, currently serving as a Senior Toezichthouder Asset Management at Autoriteit Financiële Markten since September 2014, focusing on alternative investment funds and mandates. Prior to this role, Aleid worked at Loyens & Loeff from September 2006 to July 2014 as Counsel and Lawyer, specializing in banking and securities law with a focus on investment management. Aleid's legal career began at De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek, where from 1993 to 2006, roles included Counsel and Lawyer in areas such as corporate/M&A, capital markets regulations, and investment management across various locations, including Rotterdam, London, and Amsterdam. Aleid holds a Master’s degree in law specializing in Dutch law and notarial law from the University of Amsterdam.
