Marcel Uijen

Marcel Uijen is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership, operations, and human resources. Currently serving as Product Owner for the DEV OPS team at Autoriteit Financiële Markten since January 2018, Marcel focuses on optimizing, standardizing, and digitizing business processes. As the owner of Uijen Consultancy since February 2002, Marcel has guided various employees, teams, and organizations through change. Prior experience includes significant roles at ABN AMRO Bank N.V., where Marcel led numerous process optimization and restructuring projects, and at FORTIS Bank Nederland as an HR Business Partner. Marcel holds an M.B.A. from Russel Hobbes and has studied Operational Management at Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
