Marcelo Cabral de Barros is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the automotive and corporate sales sectors. Currently serving as Country Manager at Autorola Brasil since November 2017, Marcelo is responsible for the active management of the company's startup operations in Brazil, including establishing strategic partnerships and primary processes for financial, legal, and operational organization. Prior to this, Marcelo held key roles at Audi do Brasil, where responsibility included the implementation of Corporate Sales strategies, and at LeasePlan, where leadership contributed to significant growth in sales and market repositioning. Marcelo also served as Regional Sales Manager at ALD Automotive, where instrumental efforts included establishing operations in Brazil, and previously at Hertz and Ford Motor Company, focusing on business development and restructuring efforts. With an MBA in Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a degree in International Trade Administration from Universidade Metodista de São Paulo, Marcelo combines academic expertise with practical experience to drive business success.
