Greg MacCharles is an accomplished analytics leader currently serving as Director of Analytics at AutoScout24 since August 2025. Previously, MacCharles held the position of Director of Analytics (Functional VP) at Zinnia from October 2023 to May 2025, where expertise in leading four analytics teams resulted in doubling the team size and achieving significant operational efficiencies. Prior to Zinnia, MacCharles was the Account Strategy Director (Head of Data Science) at Human_Code, driving data-driven insights and maximizing ROI for client projects. As the Founding Head of Research at Chatter Research, MacCharles oversaw the development of advanced machine learning algorithms and played a crucial role in the company’s rapid growth before its acquisition by Stingray Media. MacCharles has also held managerial positions at Bond Brand Loyalty, CEO & Founder of Scratch Research, and various roles in business analysis and risk management across multiple organizations. Academic qualifications include a degree in Honours Commerce with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Ottawa.
