Justin Woodman has a extensive work experience in various management positions. Justin has served as the Managing Director at Autosmart International, where they focused on strategic planning and customer service. Justin also worked as the Managing Director at The Warranty Group, overseeing European expansion and financial management. Before that, they held multiple roles at Delphi Automotive, including Managing Director - Product & Engineering, Vice President of Sales & Marketing, and Brand, Communications & Business Development Director. Prior to that, they were the Managing Director at Box Clever Marketing Ltd, where they specialized in integrated creative communications. Justin started their career at ZF TRW, holding positions such as UK Managing Director, Export Sales Director, Business Development Manager, and Export Customer Service.

Justin Woodman has a Postgraduate CIM Marketing Diploma from CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing in 1996.
