Alejandro Beltran Castro has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing engineering field. Alejandro started their career at Sony de Tijuana Este in 2000, where they worked as a Quality Engineer. Here, they implemented various quality improvement methodologies and systems, such as Six Sigma and ISO 9001, and served as an internal auditor for ISO 9001. Alejandro also gained experience in SPC and solder paste viscosity measuring. In 2005, they moved to Sony and worked as a Worldwide Service Engineer, responsible for AOI field service technical support and coordinating machinery transfers between Asia, Europe, and America. Alejandro then joined Foxconn in 2009 as a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer, where they focused on SMT Engineering and AOI departments. Here, they worked on process improvements, introduced new technologies, provided technical support on the production floor, and developed new fixtures. Lastly, in 2011, Alejandro joined Autosplice as a Manufacturing Engineer and Maintenance Supervisor, overseeing automotive engineering activities, production, and maintenance. Alejandro also handled PPAP validations for new products and managed the Maintenance department group.
Alejandro Beltran Castro completed their Engineer's degree at the Instituto Tecnologico de los Mochis from 1996 to 2000. Additionally, they pursued a Foreign Language program specializing in English at the Hansa Language Center in Canada from 1998 to 1999.
