Amedeo Gagliardi

Amedeo Gagliardi has extensive experience in legal and corporate affairs, currently serving as Vicedirettore generale corporate and Chief Legal, corporate affairs, HCO and procurement officer at Autostrade per l'Italia since May 2007. Responsibilities include overseeing all legal aspects of the company and group, managing contracts and procurement, and providing legal assistance for operations and subsidiaries. Amedeo also holds positions such as Chief Procurement Officer at Autostrade per l'Italia, Director of Procurement and Acquisitions at Amplia Infrastructures, and was previously the President of Tecne - Gruppo Autostrade per l'Italia and Italferr Gruppo FS. Amedeo's legal career began with roles in various law offices where legal management and compliance were primary duties. Amedeo obtained a degree in law from Sapienza Università di Roma between 1991 and 1995.
