Odeta Mustafaraj

Odeta Mustafaraj currently serves as the Head of Business Transformation and Head of Tolling Projects & PMO at Autostrade per l'Italia since October 2023. Prior to this, Odeta held the position of Head of Customer Experience and Product Development at Free To X - Gruppo Autostrade per l’Italia from September 2021 to November 2023 and was a Board Member at MOVYON - Gruppo Autostrade per l'Italia from April 2024 to April 2025. Additional experience includes various roles at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP between 2011 and 2021, such as Business Processes Governance Director and Head of Organizational Design and Reward. Odeta also held the position of Client Manager at Triboo Group in 2010 and Digital Project Manager at Gaia from 2004 to 2009. Odeta's academic background includes degrees in Political Science and International Relations, Equal Opportunities and Gender Studies, and Journalism from several prestigious institutions, with an ongoing Executive Master in Open Innovation & Intellectual Property at Luiss Guido Carli University.
