Sean Thomas

Sean Thomas is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business integration and project management, currently serving as the Head of Business Integration & Transformation at Ontic since August 2015. With a strong focus on value stream leadership for Maintenance Repair and Overhaul operations across the UK and Singapore, Sean manages a diverse portfolio of components for both civil and military platforms. Key achievements include overseeing the successful divestment of Ontic from Signature Aviation and managing the acquisition of GE Aviation's legacy avionics business. Prior experience includes project management at API Technologies and L3Harris Technologies, along with serving as a Communication Systems Operator in the British Army. Sean holds an MBA from the University of Warwick and additional qualifications from The Open University and Royal Forest of Dean College.
