Roberto Mattia

Roberto Mattia is the Direttore generale at Youverse S.p.A., overseeing a company with approximately 280 employees, since November 2023. Prior to this role, Roberto held various positions within Autostrade per l'Italia, including Responsabile Costo del Lavoro, HR Business Intelligence & HR Transformation, and Professional Organizzazione & Costo del Lavoro, starting in December 2007. Roberto holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree, both with distinction, in Ingegneria Gestionale/Gestione industriale e Trasporti from Università degli Studi di Roma Tor Vergata, completed between 2002 and 2007.
