The Department

The Specifications department is an integral part of Autovista Group as specifications data sets form the basis of almost all Autovista products. The department is responsible for obtaining, maintaining and setting strategic direction and standards for all vehicle specification datasets (which includes identification). Maintenance of the data sets includes data sourcing, storing original OEM documentations, entering required information into the internal databases using adequate tools and ensuring the highest possible quality of the specification data.

The Role

This role is looking at specification data of a vehicle. Working with original data sources from car manufacturers, you are responsible for capturing all needed changes in existing data and for creating and maintaining new vehicle model codes, pricing and specification data using commercial info from manufacturers/importers to provide our customers with harmonised commercial information on the French market.

The Candidate

We are looking for a candidate who has experience of working with automotive data and can measure and manage data quality in line with our customer needs and group objectives. You will be a skilled editor driven by quality, analytical thinking, attention to detail and flexibility, to allow your team to reach objectives in their day to day work. You are a strong communicator and able to manage expectations, delivering results in a timely manner without compromising quality.
