Ania Townsend

Ania Townsend has extensive experience in change management, currently serving as a Change Manager at Autovista Group and Change and Release Manager at EurotaxGlass's since 2012. Prior roles include Change & Release Manager at Steria and a variety of positions within EDS and Steria, including Change & Problem Manager. Ania began the career at the Arts&Media Centre as a Box Office IT and Marketing Administrator. Ania's educational background includes multiple ITIL qualifications and degrees in Russian & Eastern European Studies from the University of Sussex and Humanities & Social Science from Croydon College. Additionally, Ania has pursued training in Microsoft and Cisco technologies.
